She was predeceased by: her husband Jeff Smoot; her son Thomas Jeffrey Smoot, Jr.; and her parents, Leon Warren and Mattie Coleman Warren. She is survived by: her children, Brittany Partee (Jonathan) of Monroe, GA and Jason Warren (Tajia) of Monroe, GA; her grandchildren, Jasmine Warren and Jaxson Warren; and her siblings, Mickey Warren (Ashley) of Moreland, GA, Phyllis Duncan (Billy) of Buford, GA, Linda Bishop (Billy) of Macon, GA and Edna Leggett (David Cordova) of Ellenwood, GA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
