She was predeceased by: her parents, Arch Waters Cooley and Ethel Bernice Stringer Cooley; and her husband David Andrew Toney. She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra (Barry Lynn Irvin), Terrie (Brad Thomas) and Kerrie Dillard; and her brother Ricky Cooley. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
