She was predeceased by: her father Earl Middlebrooks; her grandmother Mary Thomas; her husband Tommy Hart, Sr.; her son Timothy Hart; her son-in-law James Haney; and her brothers, Reuben Middlebrooks, James Earl Middlebrooks and Joe Middlebrooks.
She is survived by: her mother Nellie Thomas Middlebrooks; her children, Tommy Hart, Jr. Monroe (Tabby), Tammy Haney and Tara Strickland Monroe (Jarrett); her grandchildren, Emily Haney, Abbey Haney, Trevor Hart, Macy Haney, Gavin Hart, Lachlan Hart, Bridgette Strickland and Trey Strickland; her great grandchild Dawson Haney; her siblings, Ruth Sikes, Nora Allison (Kenny), Jeff Middlebrooks (Amy), Jackie Middlebrooks and Jerry Middlebrooks; and her sisters-in-law, Alice Middlebrooks and Deidra Middlebrooks. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
