He is survived by: his parents, Sammie Scoggins and Alice Scoggins; his wife Ellen; his children, Jeremy (Jennie), Jason (Joy), Joshua (Jessica), Jonathan (Katie) and Joanna; his grandfather Mickey; his grandchildren, Joseph, James, Jacob, Henry, Alice and Luke; and his brother Tommy Scoggins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
