It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Ray Mealor of Monroe, Georgia, born in Athens, Georgia, who passed away on September 2, 2020, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Pat Morgan Mealor and Danny Gibson Mealor of Sparta; his wife April Mitchell Mealor of Monroe; his children, Michael Robert Mealor of Monroe, Stephen Michael Mealor of Sylvania and Madison Brooke Mealor of Sylvania; his brother Dan; his sister-in-law Crystal Mealor of Guyton; his sister Jeannene; his brother-in-law Patrick Clark of Johnson City, TN; his parents-in-law, Robert and Nell Mitchell of Monroe; his siblings-in-law, Brett and Jenny Mitchell of Monroe; his nieces and nephews, Daniel Mealor, Kimberlee, Taylor Soles, Austin Mealor, Mason Mealor, Hannah Clark, Rachel Clark, J. P. Clark, Beau Mitchell and Emmie Mitchell; and his great-nephews, Thomas and Wesley Soles.
