He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin James Kramer, Sr. and Doris E. Kramer (Carter); and his brother Franklin J. Kramer, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Kramer of Monroe, GA; his children, Jarom (Doriana Kramer), Liza (Chad Day), Daniel (Christina Kramer) and Carra (Jason Coffey); and his grandchildren, Alexis Kramer, Dylan Day, Luke Day, Hayden Kramer, Ethan Kramer, Logan Coffey, Jonathan Peloso, Halona Peloso and Destinee Kramer.
