She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny McConnell "Connie" Moore and Annie Mary Moore (Brooks); and her brother George Christopher Moore. She is survived by: her children, Anthony Holbert and Cassie Holbert; her brother Phil Moore; her half-sister Luci Moore Hunt; her stepmother Patricia Moore; her granddaughter Carrie Holbert; and her nieces and nephews, Chris Moore, Tanner Hunt, Abby Moore and Ava Hunt. She is also survived by Several Uncles, Aunts & Cousins.
