He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy and Isabella Potter, Sr. (McCoy); and his daughter Libby Potter. He is survived by: his wife Gloria J. Potter of Monroe; and his sons, Gary (Amy Potter), Bobby (Beverly Potter) and Lee Roy III (Sally Potter). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
