He was predeceased by: his parents, Linnis Yancey and Elsie Wellborn; and his children, Michael H. Yancey and Lisa Y Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Yancey; his daughter Tina; his son-in-law Stewart Harrison; his son Danny; his daughter-in-law Becky Yancey; and his brother Thomas Yancey.
