He was predeceased by: his grandfather Hicks; and his uncle Joe. He is survived by: his parents, Stephanie Hicks Slayton (Dan) and Karl Koch; his sisters, Shelly Owen (David) and Mandy Ford (Brandon); his nieces and nephews, Sarah Owen, Sean Owen, Danny Ford and Addie Ford; his aunts and uncles, Mickey, Karen Reynolds and Kathy Hulsey; and his cousins, Jamie Mosley, Eric Hicks, Lauren Reynolds, Zach Reynolds and Jake Hulsey.
