He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Feilner and Dolores Meicke Feilner; his sister Patricia Feilner Farah; and his brothers-in-law, Issa Farah and Salvatore Gallo.
He is survived by: his wife Abby Higginbotham Feilner; and his siblings, Harold W. Feilner (Charlotte), Diane Feilner Lowery (Ronald), Dolores Feilner Vitali and Judith Feilner Gallo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
