She was predeceased by: her brother Larry Long. She is survived by: her husband Ted Lisbon; her children, William Polk, Rebecca Bottles and Jonathan Polk; her godson Jason Lee Ford; her grandchild Maegan Hunter of Sean Sullivan; and her great grandchild Rowan.
