It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Thompson of Monroe, Georgia, born in Warwick, Rhode Island, who passed away on June 10, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Yvonne Thomas Moorehead and Norman J. Moorehead; and her brother Gary Moorehead. She is survived by: her husband Larry Thompson of Monroe; her daughter Mia; her son-in-law Freddy Thurmond of Monroe; her son Matthew; her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Thompson of Winder; her brother Norman "Moe"; and her sister-in-law Patricia Moorehead of Cranston, RI. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and a great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make donations to the American Legion Post 64 Auxiliary at 218 Cherry Hill Rd. Monroe, GA 30655, or to the charity of your choice, in memory of Judy Thompson.
