It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John T. Hammond Jr. (Monroe, Georgia), who passed away on March 27, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Hammond; his parents, John Thomas Hammond, Sr. and Leila D. Hammond; and his brother Charles E. Hammond. He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Hammond of Monroe and Kathy Hammond of Monroe; and his sister Marie Oxer of Lake Placid, FL. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
