He is survived by: his siblings, Charles D. Watts, Jr, Jane Watts and William T. Watts, Sr.; his sister-in-law Kay Watts; his nieces, Molly Jane Harris (Keith) and Sally Jackson (John); his nephew William Thomas Watts, Jr. (Candace); and his great-nieces, Carly Harris, Faith Harris, Caty Watts and Sarah Watts.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be mailed to the Georgia War Veterans Benefit Fund.
