It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe M. Chapman (Monroe, Georgia), who passed away on December 19, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vachel Virgil and Mary Chapman (Morris); and his brother Virgil Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Chapman; his son Scott; his daughter-in-law Beth Chapman of Douglasville; his daughter Pattie; his son-in-law Jason DeLong of Braselton; and his grandchildren, Jackson, Molly Kate Chapman, Carson Clenney, Isabella, Anna and Everett DeLong.
