She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel J. Boozer; her parents, Milton Perkins and Maggie Perkins; her son James Gregory Boozer; her grandson George Nathan Saloom; her great grandchild Kaleb George James Saloom; and her siblings, Carlton, Lamar and Lurline Perkins Patterson.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah B. Saloom (B. George Saloom), Mark A. Boozer and A. Keith Boozer (Susan C. Boozer); her grandchildren, Preston, Jan Saloom, Andy, Tracy Boozer, Jeannie Boozer, Craig and Julia Boozer; and her great grandchildren, Ryan, Brennan, Blake Saloom, Zane, Kellie Boozer and Cole Boozer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
