He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynch Scroggs; his daughter Darlene; his son-in-law Randall Franklin; his grandson Dylan Franklin; and his siblings, W. L. Scroggs, David Scroggs, Ann David, Joy Martin, Jean Hollis, Sue Morgan and Cathy Casper.
