Burnett of Monroe; his daughters, Sandra Crews of Monroe and Carol; his son-in-law John Sparks of Monroe; his son Jackie Royce Burnett, Jr. of Acworth; his sister Linda; and his brother-in-law Phil Thompson of Valley Springs, CA. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
