We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2019, at the age of 95, Irene Hicks (Monroe, Georgia), born in Hoschton, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edd Pressley and Ida May Forster Pressley; her husband Bill Hicks; her sons, James, Gene and Roger Hicks; her siblings, Joe Pressley, Paul Pressley, Clydie Mae Martin and Eunice Anderson; and her grandchildren, Jimmy and Joey Hicks.
She is survived by: her children, Pat H. McDaniel (Douglas) of Winder, Sandy Hicks (Sandra) of Loganville and George Hicks (Diane) of Monroe; her daughter-in-law Nancy Hicks of Monroe; and her sister Lola Pressley Smallwood of Auburn. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 21 Great-great-grandchildren.
