He is survived by: his wife Shelby David Hawkins of Monroe; his children, Toni Adams of Monroe, Don (Mitzi Hawkins) and Dale (Jo Hawkins); his grandchildren, Kasey Shiver, Daniel Hawkins, Hannah Whitaker and Danielle Hawkins; and his great grandchildren, Molly and Naomi Shiver. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
