With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Horace Baker of Monroe, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 31, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter LeRoy Baker and Leonia Baker (Burton); his wife Earline Davis-Baker; and his brother Bobby Browner. He is survived by: his son Mario Baker; his grandson Jamarion Baker; his son Jonathan Davis; his siblings, Velma Gibbs, Winnie Douglas (Roscoe), Deckrise Moore (Rudolph), Jenet Rucker (Bruce), Rosa Baker, Shirley Hill (Sam), Theresa James (Wesley), MaDonna Baker, Vernon Baker, Leroy Tate, Jerry Baker (Nettie), Dion Baker (Natasha), James Baker and Cedrik Hall; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Davis and Betty Harris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews; bonus children.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mack's Funeral Home, Elberton Chapel (320 College Ave, Elberton, GA 30635). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
