She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Marion Fraker; her parents, L. D. Wheeler and Katherine Wheeler (Etheridge); and her brothers, Richard Wheeler and Ronald Rakestraw.
She is survived by: her daughter Laurie Carter (Lance) of Monroe; her stepdaughter Angie McDowell (Michael); her brother Gary Rakestraw; her siblings-in-law, Nikki Rakestraw, Ellen Mathis (Brad) and Doug Fraker (Shirley); her grandchildren, T. J. Sparks, Zachary Sparks, Sabrina Hopkins, Caitlin Layton (Chaz) and Thomas Fraker (Amber); and her great grandchildren, Atley, Keria, Qwyntin, Alexander, Landyn, Liam, Levi, Luna and Corbin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the TIM Stewart Funeral Home (209 S Hammond Dr, Monroe, GA 30655). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of TIM Stewart Funeral Home (209 S Hammond Dr, Monroe, GA 30655).
