She was predeceased by: her parents, Garvin Higginbotham and Myrtice Peters Higginbotham; her husband Gene Perkins; and her sister Jean Malcom. She is survived by: her children, Pat Flack and Gene; her daughter-in-law Barbara Perkins; her sister Sheila Langley; her grandchildren, Colie Perkins, Matt Perkins and Lauren Scruggs; and her great grandchildren, Branson, Addalyn, Dalton, Riley and Amelia.
