Though Dorothy may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellie Ruth Holder Autry and Hardy Hurst Autry; and her husband Joe Brown Piper, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Joe Brown Piper, III (Pam) and Kay Young (Tom); her sisters, Martha Marks (Harold) and Patsy Chevalier; and her grandchildren, Jason Young (Erin), Joseph Young, Laura Kay Young (Joey), Joe Piper, IV and Bobby Piper (Tasha). She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
