With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Marie Hathaway (Monroe, Georgia), born in Bonifay, Florida, who passed away on February 4, 2019 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jesse Hathaway; her parents, Clarence Singletary and Ruby Sikes Singletary; and her brothers, Ralph Singletary and Joseph Singletary.

She is survived by: her daughter June Smith (Terry) of Monroe; and her grandchildren, Melissa Hoffman, Sarah Brown, Mary Fuentes and Joseph Smith. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
