She was predeceased by: her parent Benson Jay Bottensek; and her brother Benson Jay Bottensek, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Bryan Chipman (Karen) and Brent Chipman (Becca); and her siblings, Roger Allen Bottensek, John William Bottensek, Dale Edward Bottensek, Elaine Marie Bottensek Bauman and Cheryl Lynn Bottensek Rupp. She is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Darlene's honor to Griffin First Presbyterian Church.
