It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chalres Rutledge of Monroe, Georgia, who passed away on September 25, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kirby Rutledge and Amma Rutledge; his wife Emma Marie Rutledge; and his siblings, Kirby Rutledge and Myra Rutledge.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Rutledge (Michelle) and Debra Rutledge; his grandchildren, Jessica Lewis Melson (Michael), Jill Pierce (Keith), Jennifer Lewis McKinney (Marcus) and Logan Charles Rutledge; and his great grandchildren, Madeline Allen and Makaila Trowell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
