It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Elaine Rowe of Monroe, Georgia, born in Stone Mountain, Georgia, who passed away on May 1, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle Miner and Carolyn Mincey Miner; her husband Eliga "Peanut" Rowe, Jr.; her daughter Christy Rowe; and her brother Tony Miner.
She is survived by: her son Kevin; her daughter-in-law Sheryce Rowe of Monroe; her son Jason; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Rowe of Oxford; her daughter Misty Rowe of Monroe; and her siblings-in-law, Rick Fagant of Bethlehem, Minnie Pearl Owens of Monroe and Dorothy Gibson of Oxford. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; sister.
