He is survived by: his wife Debra Lynn Scarborough; his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Amy Scarborough; his siblings, Mary Flannigan, Robert Scarborough and Richard Scarborough; and his grandchildren, Cory and Corbin Scarborough.
