It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blake Anthony Wellmaker of Monroe, Georgia, who passed away on September 7, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard Gerlich, Larry and Linda Wellmaker; and his aunt Lisa Duncan. He is survived by: his parents, Lance Wellmaker and Cindy Wellmaker; his stepmother Melissa Wellmaker; his brother Cameron Wellmaker; his uncle Luke Wellmaker; his grandmother Mary Gerlich; his aunt Tammy Morikis (John); and his uncle Rich Gerlich (Kathy).
