He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Queen and Druwillie Queen (Collins); and his siblings, Sarah Thomas, Hazel Gay, Polly Baker, Faye Ragan, Brenda Johnson, Peggy Hardigree, Nancy Couch, Ortell Queen, Gene Queen, John Queen and Frank Queen.

He is survived by: his wife Eula Mae Huff Queen; his children, Susan Queen and Andy; his daughter-in-law Michelle Queen; his grandchildren, Hunter, Madison Queen, Crayton, Sydney Queen, Collin Queen and Chase Queen; and his great grandchildren, Lilly Queen, Sawyer Queen and Oliver Queen.
