He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Moon Fulcher. He is survived by: his father Felton Fulcher; his wife Patricia Dailey Fulcher; his son Josh; his daughter-in-law Kelly Fulcher; his daughter Susan Hodges Wilbanks; and his brothers, Ronnie (Elaine Fulcher) and Ricky (Melissa Fulcher). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Meadows Funeral Home (760 State Hwy 11, Monroe, GA 30655).
