She was predeceased by: her husband James Gladston Searcy; her daughter Lynn Searcy; and her sister Genevieve Franklin. She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda (David Shields) and Mary Sue (Grant Wallis); her siblings, Irene Harwood of Weaverville, NC, Ann Reagan of Canton, NC and Bob Nelon of Waynesville, NC; and her grandchildren, Ryan Wallis and Joy Favara.
