She was predeceased by: her husband Nelson Dana; her grandson David Forte; her son-in-law Richard Forte; her sister Mildred Moore; and her close friend Harry Brewton.
She is survived by: her daughter Suzanne Forte of Monroe; her granddaughter Shelly Thiemann (John) of Covington; her great grandchildren, Joshua Forte of Winder, Blake Thiemann of Suffolk, VA. and Dana Thiemann of Covington; and her niece Debbie Chandler of Good Hope.
