She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clay and Betty Coker Clay; her husband Paul Edwards; her son Kevin Pierce; and her siblings, Jean Rutledge and Mickey "Doc" Clay.
She is survived by: her siblings, Cynthia Clay and William "Billy" Clay (Gwenelle); her daughter-in-law Dallas Pierce Settle; and her grandchildren, Anthony Thiel and Kady Thiel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
