She was predeceased by: her father Paul Simonds. She is survived by: her husband David Joe Grisham, Sr. of Molena; her children, David Joe Grisham Jr. (Melissa) of Senoia and Kelly Herring of Zebulon; her grandsons, David Jacob Grisham, Ashton Joseph Herring and Aidan Matthew Herring; and her siblings, Judy Andrews, Robert Simonds and Casey Barber. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that guests bring an inflated balloon to release at the service.
