He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Astor Riggins and Marie Matthews Riggins; and his brother Danny Riggins. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Riggins of Molena Ga; his children, Sadie Simmons (Corey) and Ryan Riggins (Jessica) of Thomaston Ga; his brother David Riggins (Angie) of Thomaston Ga; his sister-in-law Judy Riggins of Molena Ga; and his grandchild Tybee Marie Riggins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Flowers will be accepted or donations can be made to the Jones Chapel Church Cemetery Fund at P.O. Box 624 Woodbury Ga. 30293.
