She was predeceased by: her parents, Houston Story and Annie Lou Morgan Story; her husband Jack William Pilkenton; and her siblings, Elaine Sharpe and Dinsley "Dink" Story.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Pilkenton (Tina) of Molena, Clenda Watkins of Molena and Johnny Pilkenton (Mary-Anne) of Macon; her grandchildren, Marc Pilkenton (Victoria), Michelle Ward (Steven), Nelle Gooden (Kyle), Chris Watkins (Shannon), Jesse Pilkenton (Gracie) and Ashley Pilkenton; and her brother Charles "Sonny" Story (Joanne) of Zebulon. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Mt. Olive Baptist Church Building Fund, 1177 Hwy. 109, Molena, 30258, in memory of Mrs. Margaret.
