He was predeceased by: his mother Johnnie Blanche Turner; and his siblings, Naomi Eubanks, Bobbie English, Clarence, Dewey, Hubert and Ronnie Eubanks.

He is survived by: his children, Kim Wiley of Molena and Darryl Eubanks of Zebulon; his grandchildren, Brooke Hefler and Hunter Garrett; and his great grandchildren, Ahnalyse Hefler and Jaxx Hefler.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to assist the family with funeral expenses.
