He is survived by: his wife Vickie Cain; his children, Johnny Cain, Jr. (Pedro), Shannon Natasha Thomas and Joshua Lee Cain; his grandchildren, Brittany, Emileigh, Jonathan, Jorden and Addisun; and his great grandchild Waylon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
