With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Pope Barker Jr. of Molena, Georgia, who passed away on March 27, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Barker, Sr. and Kathryn S. Barker. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Anne Barker; his children, John P. Barker III (Tiffanie) and Sallie K. Barker; and his granddaughters, Alexis Barker and Sidney Barker.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Thomaston Hospice Foundation, 512 S. Center Street, Thomaston, GA 30286.
