We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2023, at the age of 88, Doris Whaley of Molena, Georgia, born in Fairburn, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Euwell Lee Jones, Sr. and Sally Kate Smith Jones; her husband James "Jim" Harvey Whaley; her children, Susan Sams and James Mickey Whaley; and her brother Lee Jones.

She is survived by: her daughter Vickie; her son-in-law Mike Giles; her grandchildren, Christie Adams, Shannon Tindell, Samuel Giles, Annah Hand and Andrew Sams; her siblings, Larry Jones and Janice; and her brother-in-law Randy Slay. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
