She was predeceased by: her father Jimmy Winford Baxley; and her sister Teri Vanniel. She is survived by: her mother Duare Lopez Lightner (William) of New Paris Ohio; her husband Tyson Jacobs of Molena Ga; her brother Johnny Salazar of Waco Tx; her father-in-law Rick Jacobs (Lisa) of Thomaston Ga; and her brother-in-law Andrew Jacobs. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
