He is survived by: his children, Cary Scott Fleming of Mitchell County, Gary Scott Fleming of Mitchell County, Drake Allen Fleming of Mitchell County, Lee Fraizer Fleming of Mitchell County and Linda of Mitchell County; and his sisters, Mary Alice and Becky. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
