He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ann Neal of Gibson; his wife Misty Neal of Mitchell; his children, Ashton Neal (Krystle) of Gibson, Morgan Leighanne Neal (Luke Gandy) of Mitchell and Sarah Lindsey Neal of Mitchell; his siblings, Alisha Neal of Gibson and Dennis Neal (Lyn) of Thomson; his niece Heather Talbott (Aaron) of Augusta; and his grandchildren, Wyatt, Rebekah and Charlie.
