He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Green Panter of Mineral Bluff, GA; his children, Eve Panter of Marietta, GA, Mark W. Panter of Dacula, GA and Blake Panter (Crystal) of Roswell, GA; his grandsons, Matthew Cash and Scott Rose; and his sisters, Betty Byers of Villa Rica, GA and Velma Hughes (Jack) of Chattanooga, TN.
