He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Tingley and Ada Tingley; his brothers, Ray, Bill, Robert and Noah; and his daughters, Cindy Bradley and Nancy Bullard.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Deborah Tingley, Richard Tingley (Azucena), Kohnie Stickley (Neil), Ray Norman (Sandy) and Robert Norman (Holly); his grandchildren, Daryl, Rachel, Scot, Lauren, Tyler, Conner, Christian, Ashley and Teala; and his sister Carla Traverner. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
