It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Lynwood Dowdy (Mineral Bluff, Georgia), who passed away on September 12, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynwood Reed Dowdy and Ann Ritchie Dowdy. He is survived by: his close friend Robert Buchanan of Mineral Bluff; his sister Evelyn Bowling of Florida; and his niece Heather.
