It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Douglas Dillard of Mineral Bluff, Georgia, born in Copperhill, Tennessee, who passed away on September 5, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Harley Dillard and Geneva Collis Dillard; and his brother Larry Joe Dillard. He is survived by: his wife Tisa Stamey Dillard; and his brother Leeroy Dillard.
